- One of the best software development companies I was working on. They have clients from all over the world (mainly Western and Northern Europe). So there are plenty of projects on any taste and programming language (java, .net, c/c++, js (angular, node, react, elm, etc.). Employees are appreciated and always welcomed to learn, participate international conferences and pass certificates (I did java and aws) - it's all sponsored. Of course, standard benefits like cozy working space with coffee and snacks, multisport card, meal vouchers and corporate events are always there. Home office is possible and working time is flexible (on some projects there are regular meetings - it's up to the customer). Can't say anything bad regarding this company as an employer - I had only positive experience.

- So far this is my best working experience as an Frontend Developer Currently in company for almost 2 years + 95% of the projects are for clients from abroad (mostly german speaking) + possibility to work with / try out / learn technologies of your choosing + a space to grow + possibility to swap projects + I never felt pressure + I never had any overtime + Home Office + weekly breakfasts, common beers / grill parties on terrace / outdoor events + Social Bonus / Profit Share + Possibility to go to the conferences all around Europe + Experienced and friendly management + Most people are awesome + Offices in the center of Prague - Offices separated in different buildings - possibility to end up in Open space area - often shifting between buildings, offices according to project - some projects sucks - sometimes working with people from different CN branches because of separation
