- I have recently been working with Christian from Cloud10. Always responsive when I call/email him. Over the last few weeks we have had quite a few things we have asked Christian to do and they have been completed in great time to when we asked. Amazing work and a great team to work with!
- I cannot fault cloud 10. They are extremely professional and extremely helpful. Always there to help no matter how small or big the job is. They make my job less stressful and smooth sailing. Keep up the good work!
- These guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They have rapidly resolved issues and offered support as and when required providing effective solutions in a timely manner. The remote assistance is really great. As is the service when hands on presence is needed. This doesn't feel like a third party provider, they are simply an integral part of our team.
- Cloud 10 have always been super responsive and effective in dealing with any of our IT struggles at work. I have found it super easy to just pick up the phone or send an email and someone will log in to my computer and look into the issue for me. If new equipment is required they send this through incredibly quickly with someone to install and set it all up.
