The agency was founded in 2025 by João Ribeiro, an industrial engineer who spent 14 years managing production units and 5 years as a marketing manager. That background shapes how we work: we speak the language of the shop floor, we understand lead times, capacity and technical sales cycles, and we measure marketing by the quotes and orders it brings to the sales team.
