Citable is a Dutch PR agency focused on earned media. We help companies turn their own data, market developments and public information into stories that are genuinely relevant to journalists.

Our approach starts with the story, not the brand. We identify a newsworthy angle, substantiate it with data or research, develop the narrative and press materials, and distribute the campaign to relevant national, regional and trade media. Where useful, we also follow up directly with journalists and help clients provide additional context, quotes or supporting material.

The objective is not simply to generate mentions. A strong earned-media campaign can build credibility, create authoritative backlinks, strengthen organic search visibility and increase the likelihood that a company is recognised as a relevant source in search engines and AI systems.

Citable works primarily with growing Dutch companies, founders and marketing teams that have expertise, customer data or market insight but do not yet translate that knowledge into media attention. Campaigns can be built around proprietary data, public datasets, surveys, market trends or timely developments.

Our work has contributed to coverage in national news media, business publications and specialist trade titles. We measure results by the quality and relevance of the coverage generated, including publications, links, reach and long-term online value.

Citable is based in Enschede, the Netherlands, and was founded by former journalist Reinout de Jong. The agency combines a journalistic approach with digital PR, SEO and online authority building.
