Rebuilt my website. Rebranded my business. Came up with a logo that looks great on everything it is on. Worked at my pace and didn't rush me on content for the website. Made it easy to send that content over to their team immediately without huge email chains. Amazingly communicative, responsive and prompt. Everyone is personable and generous with their time when I have a concern. No hidden fees or nonsense. What you see is what you get. First off, anyone who is a small business owner knows that you do not have a business without a fantastic looking website. If you need a website or your current website is lacking, I cannot recommend CIS enough. Here's my experience with them: I put an inquiry in the Wix site for a contractor (since all the appraisals for an original website from scratch I got costed around $18,000) and within the hour, I received a personalized phone call from the founder of CIS. A day after that, I had a consultation with him and the general manager. They both took the time to get to know my story and that was huge. Within that same day I received several other responses via email and never answered them. It was the phone call and the amount of time that was given to me on that initial point of contact that made me go with them over everyone else. I knew as soon as I got off the phone, I was going to use this agency. I was far from disappointed with the aforementioned work and delivery. From start to finish these guys deliver and are extremely worth it. I didn't just get one guy, I got an entire team of people working tirelessly on this project as if it was their own. I no longer have to worry about updating the site technologically, they do it for me and make sure I am optimized organically month to month. Now, I have the freedom to generate and implement ideas and do what I am great at instead of worrying about code and construction. If I want something for the site, they make it happen. They saved me a load of money too. From the start, I felt comfortable and knew they had my business's best interest at heart. I feel that even more now. They really understand small businesses because they themselves are a small business and know the fundamentals of what we look for. They really got to know my goals as well.
