- cb{d} designed our firm's website in 2013. When I started here in 2019, I found cb{d}'s custom site manual to be very helpful. Justine, my account exec, promptly answered any questions and offered me a free training session. We discovered a couple of issues during our session and she got us on the programmer's calendar to iron it all out. One of the previous website managers at our firm had loaded hi rez images — which was bogging down the load times. To address this, cb{d} installed an image wizard that appropriately scales images uploaded to the site AND resized dozens of over-rezzed images. Cassandra and her staff have shown exceptional customer service for a site that is now 6-years-old.
