    Unfortunately, I would not recommend this organization. From the beginning of our discussions, I was clear in my 'wishes' for improving and optimizing my current website and the creation of a logo for a new company that I was starting. Yet, I was never heard. No matter how many times I told them that I already had a functioning website that I had already paid for and was comfortable with managing - that I just wanted to upgrade - the owner continued to brush aside my wishes and tell me that "I would be much happier with the new platform." Again, I said I don't want a new platform and again, he basically said "yes, you do." Four weeks in and upon the second draft from my account, I had not seen any website design, and the logo that they 'created' was an adaption of the current logo that I had. The owner even went so far as to tell me, after I voiced yet again my NOT WANTING A NEW PLATFORM for my website, that he would take over the current website and revise and then he scheduled a meeting for me to talk to his design team to CREATE A NEW WEBSITE! Communication is sporadic and not in tune with business time and clearly, the client is not heard or their wishes respected. I have been trying to obtain a full refund for the second draft after I immediately canceled the subscription. I have written to the owner twice, still waiting. Only a portion of the amount was refunded and the owner continues to blame this on the vendor. It has been six weeks since I 'subscribed' for services with the owner and I am $500 in the hole and only have an adaptation of a logo that I already had created to show for it. Beyond disgruntled - more like disgusted at myself for choosing so poorly and not doing my due diligence in learning about the organization as I see that I am not the only one who has had this experience.

    I contracted with Rodney back in May 2020 and paid up front for my website to be given a "face lift". He originally told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks and it would be easy since he would be using all the content that was already on my current website. It is now week 12 and we have just launched my website. While he has been pleasant to deal with over the phone, he has basically ignored most of my repeated requests for updates and information regarding the progress of this project. He always has an excuse for why this is taking so long. I am having two major issues with my new online store that need to be fixed before the week starts and he has ignored all 10 of my emails even though he was the one that suggested we launch on a weekend so that we could work any issues out and now he has basically abandoned me to figure out for myself how to fix the issues that I am having. The website does look good and is more user friendly so I am happy with that part, but his customer service and responsiveness has been horrible! I honestly do not know if he is going to help me finish this project or if I will need to hire another person to help me fix my store issues. Very upset that he took as long as he did with the site then basically turned it over to me without following through on his promise to help with any issues over the weekend.

    I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the CGM team. In our industry, we have very short turnaround times to take advantage of opportunities whereby marketing is key. Rodney and his team are great to work with and have been able to meet my deadlines while also delivering great quality.

    Rodney is a pretty nice guy to work with. He had been very patient with me during the work, answered all my questions even during the weekend. The website is great, the price is reasonable, it is a great website design company for a start-up company.
