- I applied for Captiva Marketing last year and had one over-the-phone interview, then came in to be interviewed in person by a variety of different people that I am now happy to call my co-workers! The fact that I was called back the day after my in person interviews and offered an Associate producer role was incredibly refreshing. They were so nice and I was able to calm down the further I got into the interview process. It just felt like a great group of people and I now know that I was right about that. Everyone is respectful, responsive, and hard working. The management is always open to new ideas and truly cares about all the employees. Can't recommend Captiva enough!
- Looking back at my three interviews with Captiva a year ago, I can honestly say it was a well-thought, positive experience. I participated in three interviews - phone and in-person - and I spoke with the hiring manager, social media team, owners and other team members. The hiring manager was helpful and cognizant of timing throughout the entire process, especially during the holiday busy season! I am grateful for this experience and would recommend working for this company any day.
