Caffeine Interactive Technologies is a software company near Austin, Texas. Two co-founders started it in 2013, and it has been building production software ever since, for clients ranging from a semiconductor tools vendor to a payments platform to industrial distributors in Houston.

Most of what we do falls into four buckets. First, AI and workflow automation: we connect the systems a business already pays for, such as a CRM, forms, accounting, email and e-commerce, so information moves between them without anyone copying and pasting, and we put AI to work on the repetitive parts with a person approving anything that carries risk. Second, custom web applications: portals, internal tools, bid and project management systems, approval workflows, dashboards and the APIs behind them. Third, websites and online stores, built either as fast static sites or on WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify when a team needs to edit content daily. Fourth, mobile apps for iOS and Android from a single codebase, with the back end and admin tools included.

We also keep things running after launch. A large share of our work is maintenance, security patching, performance tuning and defending high-traffic sites against bot and scraper traffic, including sites we did not originally build.

How we work matters more than the stack we pick. We write down scope and assumptions before quoting, we show working software early rather than mockups, and we are honest about what a tool cannot do. We use the same automation internally that we sell, so recommendations come from daily use rather than a vendor pitch.
