Most teams reach a point where the spreadsheet that got them this far starts costing them hours. The same numbers get retyped between systems. Quotes get rebuilt from scratch every time. Status questions get answered by hand, one at a time, by whoever happens to know the answer. None of it is broken enough to stop the business, and all of it is expensive.

We build a tool that fits the process a business already runs, so the work stays familiar and the busywork goes away. Typical projects include quoting and estimating tools, invoicing and billing workflows, customer portals, operational dashboards, and integrations that connect systems which were never designed to talk to each other.

The starting point is always the way the business already works. We do not ask a team to reshape itself around software it did not choose. The existing system of record stays where it is and keeps doing its job. The new tool joins that process rather than replacing it, which is why adoption tends to be quiet: people recognise their own workflow on the screen.

Engagements start with a fixed-fee pilot. One tool, built and running live in the business, measured against an outcome agreed before anyone writes code. From there it moves onto a flat monthly fee covering hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and continued changes as the business grows. There is no separate support contract and no hourly billing for the small adjustments every real tool needs in its first year.

We work with businesses across construction, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, field service, and professional services. Most run between ten and a few hundred people, operate on a system of record surrounded by a layer of spreadsheets, and have at least one process a single person is holding together from memory.

Where a business already owns a capable platform, we build on top of it rather than around it. Several of our projects are analytics and reporting layers over a system the client keeps, pulling in data from the other tools they use so a question can be answered in one place instead of three.

All work is United States based and all client data is housed in the United States. Pricing is published rather than quoted case by case.
