We were lacking a space where we could showcase our work. We contacted Bytecipher to design and develop a website for us. Bytecipher designed and developed our WordPress website. They used our existing colors, and we already had a design deck that served as a reference, but they needed to tweak a lot of things for the new homepage design. They sent a few alternative versions, and we chose the main one. They also helped us with marketing by giving us suggestions regarding design and what to put on the website. It was a collaborative effort. We can already go to clients with the website, which is a relief. However, we haven’t made much use of the website yet, so it’s too soon to have metrics. Bytecipher was great all around. They were very open, friendly, and professional, and the combination of those three things made the experience very smooth. It was easy for us because we didn’t have to do much from our side; we just had to be there and talk to them. They understood perfectly what we needed.

Bytecipher is tasked with providing our company with front- and backend development services using React and Go. The team is also responsible for automated testing and QC. On top of that, Bytecipher provides project management services. We work with five teammates from a frontend developer, Bytecipher a backend developer, an automated testing and QC specialist, a project manager, and a business manager. Our project is completed, and we measure success by the project's ability to reach key milestones at a particular time. We need to receive particular outcomes by a specific date, which Bytecipher has achieved for the most part. We communicate via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. We talk with the development team on a daily basis, and Bytecipher communication has been the highlight of our engagement. They're all great at what they do, and they've put together a great project for our business. Bytecipher is currently assisting us with our website and marketing. As for the website work specifically, the team has helped us with both the design and development of our e-commerce store, which has required working with Shopify as the tech stack. Additionally, Bytecipher handles our ads, which include Google Ads and Meta Ads. After providing Bytecipher with all the details, we started sharing daily emails. During this period, the team focused on planning the project for our company. When the plan was approved by our company, Bytecipher started working on the actual project. Thanks to Bytecipher work, we've seen a tremendous increase in traffic on both our retail stores and our website. We've also noticed an improvement in our social media engagement and customer communication with our stores. For example, we've seen an increase in phone calls and emails from customers who want to reach out to us. Overall, our engagement and traffic have increased by around 70%, which is tremendous.

Bytecipher created a great looking website for us with approximately 20 pages of content. This includes pages that describe our services, showcase our past projects, describe our company and contact forms Some key deliverables: Responsive design, website looks great on mobile Detailed instructions on how we can add new content to certain pages (such as case studies) Contact forms for prospective customers and employees Site is optimized and loads quickly Google ads integration Bytecipher always delivered very quickly. They were also extremely patient with us as it took us a long time give them the feedback and pictures they needed to complete the site. They worked at our pace and didn't push us too hard when we were busy, but also once we could focus on the site they delivered results very quickly

Software development support across the board.B2C mobile applications and web portal features and improvements; B2B product premium feature development; backend architecture improvements. Bytecipher Increased B2C and B2B customer numbers as well as increased transaction volume. Delivery mostly on time, quick action where improvements were needed. Bytecipher provided the right people for our projects with excellent engineering skills.

We have a Rails application and that had not been properly maintained. The project objectives were to: Update Rails to a supported version Migrate our servers from Europe to the US Add features for the new school year During the engagement, Bytecipher suggested putting our production and staging environments on separate servers. They completed this work too. All targeted deliverables were accomplished. The project management and communications were excellent. Daily stand-ups were run reliably and on time and were effective at keeping the project moving forward. Tickets were managed in Jira. Communication was managed on Slack. Their project management and development were both effective. The work went smoothly, the team performed well, attitudes were positive, quality work was accomplished, and our objectives were met within our budget.
