All agencies can claim to be b2b sales gurus, but how many have consultants who have been CEOs of consulting and sales training companies in Europe? How many have consultants with more than 15 years of experience, with thousands of classroom hours and hundreds of projects? Roland, born in Frankfurt, was CFO of a top 3 law firm in Germany and after 20 years as a sales consultant became CEO of Mercuri International in Sweden, the largest international company specialising in sales force training for companies. For love he moved to Italy where he then met Davide while looking for ways to complement sales consultancy with technology and marketing processes. After training in marketing and communication, IT and psychology, in Italy, Sweden and Cuba, Davide started a career as a user experience, marketing and technology consultant. In over 15 years of experience he has trained hundreds of people on digital marketing and return on investment for marketing activities. He founded Bryan because he could not find reliable agencies to whom he could delegate activities and realised hundreds of digital projects. When he met Roland he realised that by focusing marketing, design and technology expertise on sales, the mix would be explosive. Salvatore met Davide when he was looking for reliable agencies to work with. Thanks to his technical background, great design skills and strong interpersonal skills, he has realised hundreds of digital projects. In 2022 Syroop became part of Bryan and both the delivery team and management of the company were consolidated. Giovanni after years of experience in Google and leading digital agencies in Milan decided to contribute to the growth of Bryan first as marketing manager, then as COO and from 2022 as partner.
