It’s high time I left a review because they deserve 10 stars out of 5! I’ve been to their shop over 5 times and would always choose them even though I don’t live in the area. Every time they leave me super happy because Laurence, the manager, has such a passion for his job that it translates to exceptional customer service. I wish all businesses had that level of professionalism, people skills, tolerance, patience and inclusivity for all customers. He truly cares about what you need and he always goes above and beyond whether it is to prioritise my order, thoroughly check numerous printed copies to make sure my stuff is printed correctly and neatly, or even protect it with a packaging/envelope/plastic sleeves (as needed, free of charge). A couple of times I popped in with a complicated order that would require different numbers of double and single-sided, colour and b&wh, from many various file formats up to certain-page-numbers, using paper of different quality, urgent printing that would drive anybody nuts BUT there was not a sign that Laurence was annoyed by my order. Instead, he was very polite, friendly and helpful, and simply did a perfect job. They even had the rare to find kind of paper available – thin and slightly glossy, so nice to touch). Also, they helped me cut up quite a lot of printouts into small pieces as I would spend ages doing that myself and they didn’t charge me for that. Both cash and cards are accepted (you also get an invoice as required). You can bring your stuff on a pen drive or simply email it. Highly responsive to phone calls/emails. Very nice prices. Great opening hours (never did I wait for the staff to be on site or was rejected for lunch time break etc). I know I can just go there and get my stuff done!

Service was excellent! I recently moved down to the area and needed some printing/scanning done and Laurence went over and beyond to help me. You can tell he truly loves what he does and he’s not all about the money! Speaking of money, he also had the best rates I could find locally, so can’t go wrong really
