Bratus Agency was founded by brand designer and creative director Jimmi Tuan. With nearly two decades of experience in brand strategy and identity design, Jimmi is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of modern branding and graphic design in Vietnam. As Founder & Creative Director of Bratus, he has led award‑winning work for innovation‑driven companies such as KiotViet, Sky Mavis, Stella Pharm, Angia, Lotte Vietnam and VinFast across sectors from technology and finance to F&B and real estate. His design philosophy, which he calls Humanist Branding, puts people at the centre of every brand decision. Over the years his work has received more than 40 international design awards – including honours from Transform Awards Asia and the Pentawards, Communication Art Awards, Transform Awards, KYOTO GLOBAL DESIGN, Top awards asia, Graphis Awards, A’ Design Award, Transform Diamond Award, – and has been published in leading books and magazines such as Novum magazines, BranD and Communication Arts. Jimmi is also an juror for programs like Transform Awards Asia, Behance Portfolio Reviews and Vietnam Halography, helping to raise the standard of branding in the region.

Bratus is a deliberately low‑volume project, high‑involvement studio. Each year we commit to a focused roster of bespoke branding and packaging programmes rather than a high number of quick, transactional jobs. We carefully select projects that are aligned with our philosophy and where we can become a long‑term strategic partner, not just a one‑off supplier. This selective model allows our senior expert to stay hands‑on from insight and strategy all the way through identity, packaging and implementation. By keeping our project load intentionally limited, we make sure every brand we take on receives the time, care and iteration it needs to become truly distinctive and effective.

No compromise on quality Quality matters more than speed. We keep our project load intentionally limited so we can be meticulous with every detail, from strategy to typography and motion. We do not compromise on craft, even when it would be easier to ship something “good enough”. 3. Purposeful, business‑driven design Design is never just decoration. We use design as a strategic tool to clarify positioning, strengthen competitiveness and prepare Vietnamese and regional brands to grow confidently on the global stage.
