- In the past I had commissioned Brandfisher for a new homepage for my company. At the beginning everything was presented positively, I was given numerous references, but, as it turned out later, due to bad experiences, everyone else could create a new homepage. However, I should have been careful when appointments were not kept and problems were repeatedly pushed to a programming department abroad (Eastern Bloc). When the website was finally online, the number of clicks dropped massively, and there were no inquiries (conversions). I pointed out to the agency boss, who excused this by saying that a new website needed a certain amount of time to rank on Google. The fact that the clicks decreased by 80% and there were no inquiries within 6 weeks (contact form, directmail) didn't seem to bother him. Me, so after 3 months I asked an external expert to investigate the website. Until then, the website has financially brought us to the brink of ruin. The expert found that the page was only 30% technically clean, the 70% error rate filled several A4 pages of his report. The remaining requests were based on the fact that e-mails were received, but they were left on the server because no forwarding was set to us. In total, the “Brandfisher Experiment” brought us a 6-digit loss in new orders. One should not be fooled by beautiful looks and flowery words, professional competence and technical implementation are an essential part that apparently does not exist at this agency. Incidentally, the majority of Google reviews are courtesy reviews of an entrepreneur network in which the Brandfisher agency is a member.
