- Our agency really enjoyed working with the team at Braid! Luan and Chris were extremely knowledgable, organized, and pleasant to work with. We were very pleased with the final product!
- I handle marketing for a local builder who desperately needed a new website. Braid was referred to us by our graphic designers (Watermark) and from the first time we reached out to them, they were responsive and straight forward (unfortunately not super common amongst vendors!). We signed up for their "Accelerator" program, which we found to be the perfect balance of custom website design, easy to manage features, and cost. It lands at a lower price point than a full custom soup to nuts build out and was perfect for our fairly straightforward needs. Braid gave us a timeline with check in points and hit every one of them. The design process was collaborative and fun. They listened to what we wanted, integrated our branding package from Watermark, gave us a draft, and then acted on our feedback to get to a fantastic final version. They let us know when we could jump in to start building out our site, then launched when we asked them to. Even during a pandemic, their timing and responsiveness was spot on. They sent us guidance on setting up our analytics and SEO and generously helped when we got a little stuck. The few items we found after launch that required tweaking were handled almost as soon as I hit send on the emails. I love these guys and wish every company I worked with was as responsive, honest, and talented as they are! We have received nothing but complements on our new site, and a few people have already asked for referrals to get their own sites in ship shape. I'm always happy to refer people to Braid, as I know they'll live up to my praise and recommendation. They're a fantastic partner to have in your company's digital rolodex.
- Andrew and the Braid team were amazing. They did the development on our new website and really knocked it out of the park. The site does not have bugs, the back end is very user friendly, and they did the work a very time efficient manner. I highly recommend them.
- These guys rock. They are thorough and have a good eye to detail in both development and design. I've appreciated their level of professionalism. Their communication of expectation and process is clear as it is shown in their results. If you want a solid world-class site, check these guys out, they won't disappoint.
- I've had the chance to work first hand with the amazing team at Braid. Not once have I been less than shocked at their raw talent. They've done some truly incredible work for their clients all while being some of the nicest humans I've met. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed.
