BotLabs connects AI and messaging channels with the systems a business uses every day. We build AI agents and custom software for sales, customer support and operational workflows, from the first customer conversation to a CRM update, approval, payment or human hand-off.
Founded by Ivan Deineka in 2015, our Kyiv-based team works with international clients in English. We deliver discovery, process and data-flow design, prototyping, engineering, QA, launch and ongoing support. Our work includes conversational AI, Telegram Mini Apps, web administration panels, mobile CRM tools and operational reporting.
We build around existing business processes. Integrations connect agents and messaging products with CRM, ERP, knowledge bases, payment services and internal APIs. Role-based access and human escalation help teams retain control over the workflow. Our technical stack includes OpenAI and other LLM providers, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Python, Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, JavaScript, MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs and webhooks.
Selected projects include a B2B product catalog chatbot for KLEIBERIT, a German industrial adhesives manufacturer; a mobile CRM with ERP integration for agricultural equipment sales and commercial approvals at NFM AGRO; and an operational system for Fayni Lyody, a network of 300+ franchises. These projects demonstrate our experience with manufacturing, distribution, agriculture and multi-location operations.
