I usually do not write reviews, but felt this experience should be shared. I published my first book with Bookstone Publishers and it was a good experience. Now we just finished my latest book and it is amazing!!! It started off with speaking with Ross Tyler, who explained the different packages, details, and costs. Then I started working with Sergio Austin, who was beyond patient. Sergio said, “We will work on your book until it is the way you want it.” He set up several meetings and reviewed many pages of edits. There were times I did not remember what I was trying to correct and Sergio knew exactly what I meant. When I called, he called me by name as if we were long-time friends. There were challenges, but we worked through them and the book is fantastic! Ross assured me that this experience would be great and it was!
