- We’ve worked with Blue Ridge Group on numerous projects over the past few years. We sought them out after seeing the high quality of their work with another organization that had submitted a grant application to ours, adding value to their request by telling their story through an outstanding website and video. We awarded that organization the grant. And, then we asked —who did your website and video? It was BRG. Our work with BRG started with a face-to-face meeting with their staff. We left impressed with their ability to ask the right questions, listen to our answers and offer solutions. All of this is important, but I suspect many firms approach things this way. Yet, we found BRG offered more. They’re genuine people--straightforward, professional, personable and humorous. We believed they were people we could trust, perhaps the most important quality in hiring a firm. They have never let us down. In the course of our projects with them—two websites, three videos and oversight of our first Zoom event—we have not been disappointed. Their willingness to work with us when things get sticky, to check in to make sure things are on target and to produce outstanding creative, customized work are all reasons we would hire them again. They are the best!
