Would really have liked to use their services. But they don't answer the phone or respond to email... Ah well! - Seriously the best smartphone repair shop in Traverse City. I went in with a shattered iPhone 6 with the cameras and flashlight not working. Within 15 minutes I got a call saying my phone was ready for pickup. One of the nicest guys in the world and also super affordable. Don't think anyone can beat his prices. Give him a visit before you visit name brand shops, he will not disappoint.
- Went to Qik Smart to get our phone cameras switched over. He was very nice. Definitely will be going back if we have any phone needs!!!
- Qik has saved me from myself 3 separate times over the last year and a half. Mitch has had a quality replacement (at my request) for my my newly busted phone, each time. I am back up and rocking, able to do work and play (words with friends) within about a half hour. I have referred others to Qik, and will continue to! Thanks again.
- My son broke his phone while on vacation. Called Qik Smartphone Repair and Mitch returned my call within 5 minutes. Super knowledgeable. Phone works perfectly. Great job.
