- Three years ago they were nothing short of amazing! Sadly, over time things changed at Blue Laser and our small business was no longer valued and our website suffered because of this. I could write a book of all the issues we dealt with the last year of working with them. Our only regret is that we waited so long to end our relationship with Blue Laser.
- It was an interesting website that a lot of information about the sources that they offer
- Shady billing practices, inability to retain staff due to poor leadership skills, finished products look nothing like the designs, the list goes on. Their designs are decent though. Pay close attention to how they bill your time--they have an expensive office space to support!
- We worked with Blue Laser on building a new website that would both help us up our SEO and be a better representation of our brand. From start to finish, Caitlin, our project manager, was organized, communicative and matched our passion for what we were creating. As a yoga brand, it was important to us to convey an experience as you landed on the home page and Brandon, the designer knocked it out of the park. His ability to take our vision and bring it to life was amazing. As we wrapped up the project, we were able to meet with Zach, the developer, who took the time to show us how to navigate, update and edit the site ourselves. Since launching our site, Caitlin, Brandon and Zach, have all been available to help answer questions and problem solve and issues we had. Blue Laser has truly been a partner in this, and we are grateful. Thank you to the team, you all are amazing!
