BinarySync is a web development company based in Beirut, Lebanon, working with clients worldwide. We build the software a business runs on, and we run the infrastructure underneath it. That combination is deliberate: the handoff between the people who write the code and the people who operate it is where most projects quietly lose time, and where accountability tends to disappear.

Our work covers six areas. Web and Application Development is the core of it: custom web applications, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and APIs built to a specification rather than assembled from a template. Cloud and DevOps cover the pipelines, container orchestration, and environments those applications get deployed into. Network and Infrastructure, together with Managed IT Services, cover the layer beneath, the networks and servers and the day-to-day operations that keep them healthy. Cybersecurity runs through all of it rather than sitting at the end. Enterprise Integration and Automation connects the systems a company already depends on, so new software joins the business instead of sitting beside it.

Three commitments go in writing before a project starts, chosen because a client can actually check them:

Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds on a mid-range Android handset over a 4G connection. Not a lab score on a fast desktop, but the device and the network most visitors really have.

WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, tested by hand and not by an automated scanner alone. Scanners find roughly a third of real accessibility barriers. The rest need a keyboard, a screen reader, and someone paying attention.

Your source code in your own repository from the first commit. There is no handover to negotiate at the end of an engagement, and no dependency on us to keep what you paid for.

We work remotely and end-to-end, in English and French, with clients across Lebanon, the wider Middle East, North Africa, Europe and North America.
