Bigstep technologies are the most incompetent, lying team of developers I have come to work with. Their work is incomplete, does not work as described and there service is poor. Every time they fix something they break something. 2 year old bugs turn up again and again. I do not suggest anyone waste their time with this company or your money. 5 years and we have still not got a functioning site or apps that work even close to as advertised. They extort more money out of you by attempting to get you to pay a dedicated developer to solve the problems with your site that are caused by their own team and caused intentionally. They ensure that their products are coded in a way that will force you to pay more for custom work. The custom work they do does not work and often creates more problems. It’s a never ending cycle. They are frauds. They will also bribe there customers to get good reviews on their software plugins and pages like this one. They have done it to me. I’ve even had my entire site deleted by accident by their incompetent developers. There are 1000s of things I could add to this. Do not be their test subject and waste your money.
