- This is our first experience of using a digital marketing agency, so in the beginning there was a lot of doubt whether this new initiative would pay off. But those doubts were swiftly put to rest after seeing the level of enthusiasm, energy and dedication that Bigg’s team put into their work from the very start. I was quite impressed by their eagerness to learn as much as possible about our company, our industry and our offerings, but even more so by how quickly they were able to grasp all the necessary information and start using this knowledge in their research and in delivering their SEO and content-writing services to us. Despite it being only three months into our relationship, I’m more than happy not only with the quality of their work but also with their customer support. This is an important bit for us as we are no experts in the digital marketing field, so a lot of things were very new to us in the early stages. But the communication from the team has been excellent, all questions get answered quickly and professionally, providing us with that extra reassurance that we’ve made the right choice by selecting them as our agency. All in all, it’s been a very positive experience so far, and I want to say big thanks to Bigg’s team for their hard work. I look forward to our cooperation in the coming months and achieving many more great things together.
- Bigg have been outstanding in producing and maintaining our social media ads. They didn't just hit our target ROAS, they smashed it by a mile. Their customer service and account management is astonishing and they're always on the ball with actioning ideas and changes quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough
- I would stay clear of using Bigg limtied. Used them for 3 months for the purpose of increasing my facebook and instagram sales. After 3 months I spent with bigg over £3500 including advertising costs. Only received £300 in turnover back. Was assured they were giving me great results but was absolutely awful…… Got a better service just speaking to facebook themselves and they even said the set up was targeted towards the wrong customers Id save your money and either look elsewhere or speak to facebook directly.
