    Exceptional service in every sense of the word. Where you would typically see hierarchy affecting roles and work execution, BFM's management will happily service their clients. Super happy and satisfied with the service and I highly recommend you try them for any of the array of service that BFM provides.

    BFM has provided me with fantastic design, business cards, logos and more. I also spent time working there. It has a very creative environment. Sometimes those creative souls in graphics become disenfranchised when they see how the sales department prospers. However, the solid management that is in place adjusts with the creative types and meet all deadlines. It's fantastic upon completion. I recommend the, as often as I can. I never worry about an inferior product. Branding is very important for me and they have never failed. Many account managers will help create campaigns along side the graphics department. This is when great things happen. I've witnessed some phenomenal, national projects. Account Managers at BFM that didn't make money didn't apply themselves. Their products and services were some of the strongest and easiest I have ever sold because of the benefit to the consumer and the high ROI. Account managers aren't customer service agents, but sales people. As long as they keep selling and bringing in new business, or don't depend on "order taking", account managers will flourish. Very creative campaigns, can't say enough.
