Bezalel Consulting was founded because we wanted to change the way student management systems were built and delivered to clients.

We build systems that integrate CRM, enrolment, invoicing and academic reporting in a way that helps the schools grow by leveraging data as a strategic asset. Our development philosophy emphasises understanding the underlying business logic and modelling their problem set well so that solutions are built around their true needs rather than delivering a bolted on solution that becomes a white elephant. As the organization grows, and integrates multi campus experiences, we know that an uninformed digital solution hinders rather than helps them.

At Bezalel, we are dedicated to be the catalyst for growth by ensuring that we really understand the culture and the way these institutions work. We integrate our team closely with school leadership and ground staff to understand how data flows between departments. Putting this knowledge together, we then architect user friendly web systems, that cater to privacy, data protections and secure data access required of handling student data. We then deliver a completed system and help with data migration and breaking in.

We provide training, and familiarisation sessions for all staff to help them navigate the new system. We also stay on post-delivery to provide system updates, security patches, infrastructure monitoring and communicate daily with IT departments to ensure the system is working well. We are flexible in our post-delivery feature updates and accommodate requests for further module development only if requested.
