Bear.Co is a small, founder-led firm in Amman that helps brands find the right creators, helps creators build careers that last, and helps business leaders earn public authority they can actually stand behind. We work across Jordan, the Levant and the Gulf, and we book regional and international artists for launches, galas and events.

What makes us different is how we decide. Most influencer campaigns in the region are chosen on follower counts and gut feeling. We choose on evidence. Behind every recommendation sits The Forest Ledger, our own private research system: more than 8,000 creator and talent profiles across 21 markets, each with a documented audience, engagement basis and recent brand history. When we put a shortlist in front of a client, every name comes with the reason it made the list, a check for recent competitor work, and an honest note on anything we could not verify. If a creator is wrong for the brief, we say so.

Bear.Co was founded in late 2025 by Mohammad Riyal after seven years in the creator economy, including 150+ negotiated brand deals and hundreds of campaigns across the region. Every engagement is run personally by the founder, from the first conversation to the final report. Creator rates are confirmed directly with talent and are never published.
