- My name is Neal Patel and I am the owner of Inn On The Green in Tavares, Florida. A few weeks back I noticed that I only had about a 1/4 box of key cards and no key sleeves left. I instantly went into panic mode. I called BBI marketing to find out what was going on and there was a hold up in the approval from our sponsor. I stressed the importance of this situation to Barbara. She immediately did the necessary legwork and got the approval from our sponsor. A few days later my first box of key cards arrived. Since then she has been pivotal in getting the remainder of the key cards and sleeves both approved and prepared for production and delivery. Very professional and communication was awesome.
