Basarada Verified Company

Basarada is a product studio from the Chicago area. We take a business idea and turn it into working software: web applications, SaaS platforms, online stores, internal tools and business automation. A big part of our work today is bringing AI into companies that already have data and processes: agents that answer from a company's own documents, pipelines that qualify and route leads, tools that read invoices and orders, and assistants that sit inside the team's daily workflow.

How we work. Every project starts with a short discovery call where we look at the goal, not the feature list. From that we produce a product direction, a scoped plan and an honest estimate. Most engagements begin at $1,000, and we say early when an idea does not need custom development at all. Once the scope is agreed we design, build and ship in short iterations, and we stay with the product after launch: monitoring, fixes, new features.

What we have built. A warehouse management system with QR scanning for one of the largest food distributors in Ukraine. A SaaS platform for ECU firmware in the automotive aftermarket. E-commerce and logistics platforms with payments, inventory and delivery integrations. And our own product, web.basarada.com, where small businesses get a website built by AI in minutes; we run it ourselves, so we know what it takes to operate a SaaS, not only to build one.

Who we work with. Small and mid-sized companies in the US that need a reliable technical partner rather than a large agency: founders launching a product, operators automating a manual process, and businesses that want AI in their workflow without a research project. Basarada is an Illinois corporation based in Joliet, near Chicago, with clients across the United States.
