We are a small engineering team in Dhaka. We write booking, payment and operations software for businesses where a failed transaction costs real money: hotels, restaurants, travel companies, retailers and property firms.

Three things we are asked to fix, over and over.

Guests who cannot book. The website takes an enquiry by email, somebody replies the next morning, and the guest has already booked elsewhere. We replace that with real availability, real rates, and a reservation confirmed and paid for on the spot.

Payments that are never actually verified. A surprising number of checkouts here mark an order paid the moment the customer's browser returns to the site, which means typing the address marks it paid. We integrate SSLCommerz, bKash and Nagad the way the documentation says to: the notification arrives server to server, the transaction is validated against the gateway, and the amount is checked against our own records before anything is confirmed.

Systems that stop when the connection does. A restaurant floor at eight in the evening cannot wait for a round trip. We build point of sale that records orders locally and reconciles when the link returns.

How we work: no WordPress, no page builders, no premium plugins renewing every year. Each system is written for the job it does, so nothing third-party sits between your customer and their purchase, and no update shipped by a stranger can take your booking page down. The client owns the source code, and that is written into the contract rather than promised.

We run our own products too, which is unusual for a studio this size. Smartrav puts flights, hotels, transfers, car hire and eSIMs into a single search. NIL Card lets student-athletes price and sell their name, image and likeness. Both taught us things about load and reconciliation that client work alone would not have.
