Automation Flow is an AI automation agency based in Israel, founded in 2025 by Heli Netanel and Shahar Saadon. We build custom systems for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, manual follow-up and off-the-shelf tools, and we hand every finished system over with full IP transfer, so the code, the servers and the data stay with the client.

What we build: AI agents that take over real operational work, such as inbox and WhatsApp triage, client follow-up, quotes, approvals and reporting. Custom full-stack web applications, from internal platforms to client portals and live dashboards.

 Process automation on n8n, hosted inside the client's own environment. WhatsApp Business API agents that answer, qualify and book in Hebrew and English around the clock. Document processing pipelines that read invoices, contracts and scanned forms as they arrive and check them against the CRM or ERP before anything is written. CRM implementations on monday, HubSpot, Fireberry or Salesforce, or a custom build when that makes more sense. AI consulting that maps where working hours actually go and turns the findings into a ranked roadmap the client's own team can execute.

How we work: strategy and architecture first, then the build, then the adoption work that gets a team to actually run the new system day to day. Our stack is n8n, Claude, OpenAI, Python and Supabase.

Results our clients can confirm: 35 meetings booked in the first month from an AI outreach engine (Windmill Growth), appraisal report effort cut by half (Paz Group), over $100K in billing gaps surfaced on Priority ERP (Sofrin & Bachar), and 15 hours a week returned after a Make-to-n8n migration (SaleUp).
