- Our company was looking for several web design/web developer options for a major project. Although we did not move forward with ATX Web Design, from my initial interactions with ATX Web Design I would highly recommend you consider them for your project needs. I was thoroughly impressed by Daniel and the ATX Web Design group. They provided a website mockup to accompany the formal quote, which included a video where Daniel walked through the site mockup and functionality he envisioned. The quote provided was detailed and well-developed and the project workbook answered a lot of questions and included a wealth of information. The quote provided was very reasonable for the services and quality requested. Daniel was always professional and attentive, and even after I broke that bad news that ATX Web Design was not selected for our project he continued to be helpful and courteous. I sincerely hope to work with them in the future.
- I cannot speak highly enough about working with ATX Web Designs. From the initial call with Daniel, I felt comfortable trusting the complete redesign of our site with his team. Our website was archaic and needed a total overhaul. Initially this was a daunting task as I am not technical. However, working with Mallibi, I didn't have to be. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to tackle every obstacle we threw her way. Mallibi holds herself to a very high standard and thus our website was held to the same standards. Our goal was to bring the site up to the 21st Century. ATX Web Designs OVER DELIVERED and brought us a site that FAR EXCEEDS our competition. If you are looking to update your website- they are the company to choose.
- Called during the weekday in the morning, left a VM, never heard back. Tried emailing too, and same thing happened. Not sure if they're still in business or just have awful customer service. Either way, thank god they never got back to me. Huge red flag, and I'm glad I dodged a bullet. Please take their customer service/response time (if there's any) in to consideration when giving your business to them. Most likely they're understaffed or have a couple of big website clients that take up most of their time and your website will be put on the back burner and your emails, phone calls will go unanswered.
