aTeam Soft Solutions Verified Company

I engaged Ateam Soft Solutions for the development of a telehealth practice management system and associated websites. The experience has been extremely disappointing and has caused significant financial and reputational loss. 🚩 Financial Loss & Missed Deadlines Over AUD 31,800 was paid into Australian bank accounts linked to Ateam. Despite 18+ months (timeline was 12 months) of engagement, the project remains incomplete. Critical modules such as My Health Record integration, teleconferencing, eRX, and pathology/radiology templates were never delivered. My clinic was forced to close due to unstable systems, resulting in substantial operational losses. 🚩 Privacy & Accountability Failures Ateam refused to provide a statutory declaration confirming destruction of patient data, despite repeated requests. Confidential information was disclosed publicly in their retaliatory Google review reply, breaching privacy obligations. Instead of addressing facts, they attempted to deflect responsibility and misrepresent the situation. Till date they continue to keep access to my PMS with sensitive patient information despite termination and contract breach. 🚩 False & Contradictory Claims In WhatsApp messages, Ateam claimed a USD $10,000 loss. In their Google review reply, they inflated this to over $63,000, without evidence. These contradictory figures highlight a lack of transparency and accountability. 🚩 Altitudia Healthcare Solutions Statement My independent marketing agency documented repeated delays, poor quality delivery, and technical failures. Campaigns were paused for days at a time due to broken landing pages and incorrect tracking setups resulting in wasted advertising spend and lost patient leads. 🚩 Extortion & Misrepresentation Project improvements and transfers were held hostage, with Ateam demanding extra payments that were never declared or agreed. They claimed they were “not bound by Australian law,” yet provided an Australian ABN and accepted payments into Australian accounts. Including using the ABN to access digital australia for My health record implementation which remain incomplete till date. They falsely suggested I was selling the clinic website for substantial profit (with no evidence to this claim) and posting my online post to find potential buyer and under some unrealistic expectations that people only sell business for profits. In reality, the broken website is being sold only to recover costs. screenshot attached that I need them to close the website, and this took 4 days for them after my follow up message. 🚩 Defamation & Retaliation Instead of addressing contractual breaches, Ateam responded with defamatory and retaliatory comments on Google reviews. This behaviour raises serious ethical concerns and demonstrates a lack of professionalism. ⚠️ Caution to Other Users Based on my experience, I strongly caution others against engaging Ateam Soft Solutions. The company demonstrated: Lack of accountability Consistent missed deadlines Misrepresentation of corporate identity and obligations Breach of privacy and confidentiality Defamatory responses instead of factual resolution Summary: Incomplete project, financial losses, privacy risks, and retaliatory conduct. Proceed with extreme caution. They claim there were multiple change request resulting in some made up amount, with no evidence of them ever mentioning cost or approval for additional cost. No marketing team here even wanted to touch the website they created without implementing significant changes. Case now initiated by me with NCAT (tribunal) and will be publicly available information (hearing in 1st week of Jan /2026 and would then be public and accessible on google search) and evidence to ensure the A team management does not mislead anyone with mis informed facts.
