He was easy to work with in helping us achieve our vision and with integrating the functionality we wanted in the site, as well as being very patient in explaining the creative process. Throughout drafting and after launch, Derek was quickly responsive to inquiries and our requests for edits to make sure the site worked to our satisfaction.
