Artifact is a market-entry agency based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Our clients are foreign manufacturers and B2B brands, mostly from Europe, the UAE, Turkiye and the USA, who want to sell in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and the wider CIS but have no local team, no local partner and no presence on the ground. We start with a one-month Pilot.

In that month we check whether real demand exists, map the distributors country by country, position the product in the language buyers actually use, put up a localized landing page with SEO, set up and run one or two B2B channels, produce photo and video content, run the first outreach to distributors, and give an honest go or no-go read on the market. From the second month the Growth phase takes over: active business development, an ongoing content programme, warming up B2B contacts, and a reported pipeline of warm distributor contacts handed to the client own team.

We do not buy, sell or warehouse the client product. Our job is to connect the brand with the companies that will: distributors, importers and brand representatives. Every digital asset built during the engagement belongs to the client and stays with them afterwards. The work is covered by five specialist teams under one contract: strategy, production, channels and traffic, client-facing, and management.

Client-facing means inquiries are answered and translated in the buyer own language, not in English only. We work with companies, never with individual consumers. We decline gambling, weapons, drugs, fur and leather regardless of budget.
