Appalling! I wrote about my experience working with Guillermo to prevent others from going through what I go through. He deleted my comment. Basically, I quote for something that I did not know or could do, the work that he was going to give me in 3 days he has not given it to me, it has already been a month. I asked him to pay for what he did and reimburse me for the exemption. As is his style he told me that in a week. Since he had me like that for a month, I no longer believe anything. I told him to reimburse me within two days, which he did not do and he threatened not to refund me if I wrote a comment. I wrote it down and I delete it. Better if he had not quoted what he did not know how to do. Better if this is done, he assumes his mistake and reimburses me for what he did not do and not give me more lies or lengths. Better if I had not deleted my feedback, learned from their mistakes and rectified ethically. An error is added to another. Irresponsibility, dishonesty, incompetence, lack of integrity and ethics was my experience with this company. I do not recommend it.

Guillermo made me a quote to make changes that were detailed one by one in a document and we reviewed by phone where he told me that he could make them and sent me his quote with a delivery time of 3 days. 4 weeks have passed and the work has not been delivered. There was a two week delay due to some images that had to be corrected by someone else so that he could complete his work and I told him that obviously that was not his fault but please finish the other changes so that when the other party was given to me he could finish that section of the work. It's been two weeks after I gave him the images and he has been an artist to say "tomorrow I'll give you" for two weeks. Within his excuses he tells me that there are things that cannot be done (but do I quote them?), When I tell him that the company that designed the website made these changes easily and quickly and that I knew that what I was asking was possible He answers that they can be done and that it is already done and that "I'll give you tomorrow." However, when I review the page and the changes it said had been made, I see that these have not been made. I told him that we would have to reconsider the quote he gave me for not having been able to do everything he had quoted me and that he would reimburse me as soon as possible because I would have to find someone else to finish what he did not do. They did not refund me when I asked them saying that the company takes 1 week to make refunds. He is the owner of his company and cannot correct this situation in which he is in default in a timely manner so as not to waste more time for the client and allow him to seek a solution to his problem with a more competent person? The truth with so many lies, his word loses all value to me and I cannot believe that he intends to reimburse me. He threatened me saying that if I did this review I would lose my refund. I comment on my experience so that other people have elements of judgment when deciding who to hire and not waste time or investment. I do not recommend it at all.

He is very punctual and complied with the delivery times of the work, cordial and respectful, very knowledgeable about his trade and provides excellent advice. I recommend it.
