In 2023 we made a bet that turned out to be right. We started treating Generative Engine Optimization as a production discipline rather than a talking point, at a time when most agencies in this market had not heard the term. A steel joint venture went from 14 referring domains and zero AI Overview placements to appearing in 680 AI generated responses across six platforms, 97 of them at position one. Allianz Indonesia moved from 60,000 to over 380,000 monthly organic visitors. A recruitment platform went from 5,000 to over 90,000.
Here is what we tell prospects before they sign. Nobody can guarantee an AI assistant will recommend you. OpenAI says placement in ChatGPT Search is not guaranteed, and these systems change how they retrieve sources without telling anyone. What we can do is raise the probability and show you the movement honestly, including the months where nothing moves.
