Ardas was founded in 2005 by Andrii Ryzhokhin, alongside a group of co-founders who set out to build something that would last. The company's official birthday — March 29 — has a story behind it: the founding team originally wanted April 1st, figuring it'd be a date nobody would forget. April Fools' Day was already taken as a company anniversary by tradition, so they landed on something almost as memorable instead. Twenty years later, Andrii still leads Ardas as CEO & Co-Founder, alongside his work as Co-Founder of Stripo and Reteno — two SaaS platforms now trusted by 700,000+ users, including Fortune 500 companies. What started as a small, ambitious team has grown into a 350+ engineer organization with R&D centers across Ukraine, Poland, and Portugal — but the founding instinct hasn't changed: build things that last, and keep evolving as the market does.
