It took a number of exchanges for me to understand the editing process with the team at Base Camp. At first all the team member Aaron Filch wanted to do is sell me more of their marketing services, whose cost I considered prohibitive. However, in time agreements were reached, and the process proceeded smoothly to conclusion. Editorial changes were presented to me and I made comments on what corrections were neeeded. I was happy with the final design of the book, especially the cover. I have received many compliments on its attractiveness. I have a manuscript ready for a sequel called "Further Tales of Alyie Starstriker". I will be contacting the team at Amazon Pro Hub about publishing it. -

Great work & Professionalism
In general, I had a positive experience. My contact, Mike, was open to my suggestions and a pleasure to work with. I'd cooperate with him once more. The cover art truly thrilled me. It was expertly written, tastefully presented, and wonderfully encapsulated the topics of the novels. Good work! My issues with the wording were the only ones. I placed two book orders. One was nearly flawless. There is only a small change needed. But there were no page numbers on the other. It incorrectly featured a description that had been written for another book and required text editing. Since this is a play, for instance, certain character names appeared at the bottom of the page entirely distinct from the words of the character. This is inappropriate. -
Run as fast and far as possible
This was the absolute worst experience dealing with a company of all time. I would sooner put my head through a wall than recommend Amazon Pro Hub for Amazon needs. We signed a contract which "guaranteed" services including a social media calendar, unlimited editing of our book, PPC set up and an SEO strategy. The only thing we walked away with after 8-9 months of being their client was the PPC setup. The materials sent back to us were incredibly amateur (sometimes they sent the book back with spelling mistakes or entire pages missing). We had to go through everything with a fine-toothed comb as there was no focus on details. They even spelt our company name wrong on the social media calendar ! I truly think we would've had better and quicker results if we learned how to complete all these tasks on our own. We went to them for our first 2 books. Then got wise and went to Fiverr and found a freelancer to do the next 4 books in less than 2 weeks at a fraction of the cost. Please, do yourself a favour and take my advice, DO NOT give these people business. -
Don't waste your money
These guys have no clue how to market or sell. They've reduced my sales online to zero. Their sales pitch to me was to offer full money back guarentee, of course I'm never going to see a penny. They do however like to keep asking for more money. My Web site was already built, and they have done a tiny tweek to it. That's it. No sales, no mail shot, nothing,or if they did, they were unable to supply me a copy of the mail shot. Go elsewhere if your aim is to improve your sales.
