AltoLeap builds custom software for manufacturers who have outgrown spreadsheets, email chains, and off-the-shelf tools that almost fit.

Our core work is quoting and configuration. When products are made to order or engineered to order, every quote is a small engineering project, and that is where margin quietly disappears. We build Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) systems that hold your real product rules, pricing logic, and approval chains, so a quote that used to take days comes back accurate in minutes. In one build the configurator drives SolidWorks directly, generating production-ready parts and drawings without an engineer redrawing anything.

Around that we build the systems that keep an operation running: production and order workflows, customer and dealer portals, reporting people actually use, and integrations into the ERP, CRM, and CAD tools you already own. We also build dispatch, scheduling, and live driver tracking for transportation operators.

A good fit usually looks like this. Your products are configured rather than picked off a price list, a quote depends on rules, options and a bill of materials, and the people who know how to price the work are the same people you need building product. If an off-the-shelf system genuinely covers what you need, we will say so on the first call rather than three months into a build.

Two things shape how we work. We start with how your business actually runs rather than with technology, because most of the value sits in getting the process right before any code is written. And we are straight with you about AI. We use it where it genuinely pays off, in quoting assistance, document and drawing checks, and conversational reporting, and we say so plainly when ordinary automation would be cheaper and more reliable.

Engagements usually open with a fixed-fee Blueprint session that maps where automation pays off and defines one scoped, costed first phase, so you see the number before committing to a build.

We are a small senior team by choice. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, and they stay on it. Manufacturers including Enrich Buildings Solutions, Federal Screen, and Jamesway run daily operations on systems we built, and Banff Airporter runs its fleet on ours.

Based in Toronto, founded in 2012, working with clients across Canada and the United States. Manufacturing is about half of what we do, with transportation and logistics making up most of the rest.
