- Best company to work. Not just a company it's an institution. I worked there for around 10 years in the Software development team. Our CEO Mr. Vellayan sir, has a great passion towards trending Technologies. He is more concerned about providing quality service to his clients so he made us put our complete effort to provide a perfect outcome. Apart from client projects he will assign us tasks to explore and experiment with trending technology which helped us a lot to learn new things, to improve our level of confidence and to work innovatively & independently. For me Altius Technologies is a mini IIT. I'm always thankful to my company and I wish them to have successful years ahead!!

- One of the worst companies I have attended the interview for. They called me for interview. I visited the place. The interview had 4 rounds including machine tests. It longed for the whole day. Then I am told congratulations you are selected. You will have meeting/telephonic call with head HR the next day. They never pick your call after that. Then I receive a message HR will be back from foreign so we will have call soon. Then again they start ignoring, Again I receive a message the position is on hold literally after making me wait for a month making silly reasons. After 6 months I again receive a call the position is live again but what shocks me is they want me interview again(After 1 day of grilling and wasting 1 month earlier). I accept and give interview. But to my dismay again the same thing. People of the company start ignoring my calls and messages. If you are not interested in hiring why do you even waste time of candidates.Moreover if you are not taking inform it and why do you misguide by telling you are selected and will get back to you. Then why do you again start ignoring, just call and tell we are not hiring.I dint came to you, you came to me that too twice telling we are hiring and you informed me I am selected. You are literally wasting people's time and efforts and this is just foolery.

- Perfect company to work with. You will get to know a lot in Engineering and Software. Management is very caring and supportive and has adopted a very formatted working structure that u can achieve ladders in career once your skills are proven.
