Help from IT experts throughout the entire process of creating a new HR application
To achieve our business goal, which was to create the Talent Pooling App, we started cooperation with All IT Club. We needed the support, knowledge and skills of IT experts. All IT Club has resources and services that will perfectly meet our needs. We started cooperation in the analysis and design of applications with IT experts who became part of the team. The next step was to start programming work based on our design assumptions. We are currently working on updating and improving the application. Creation of an application collecting the first users. Currently, 300 recruiters are registered in the application and use it on a daily basis. We have clients who use the application as a source of candidates and post recruitment advertisements there. We are currently introducing further modifications and new functionalities based on AI and Machine Learning. The entire All IT Club team really listens to our opinions and proposes their solutions. They go beyond the template, which gives us great substantive support. They always strive to improve and actively work to provide us with the best experts. During our cooperation, no areas for improvement emerged.
