Zapuski builds and operates content factories for brands that need scale, not another social media manager.

A content factory is a managed system of dozens of branded accounts across 10+ platforms, where AI agents handle production and human marketers own the strategy. It is not a tool we hand over with a login and a tutorial. We register the accounts, plan the content, produce it, adapt every piece to the format of each platform, publish on schedule, and report on what worked at the end of every month.

The difference from a classic SMM agency is volume. A typical agency delivers 20 to 40 publications per month across one or two platforms. We deliver 100 to 1000 across ten or more, and we go live in days rather than weeks. The difference from AI writing tools is accountability: nobody at Zapuski believes that a text generator plus a scheduler equals a marketing team. Agents produce, marketers decide, and quality control stays with people.

Under the hood we run a team of specialised AI agents: a copywriter working in the client's tone of voice, a designer, a video maker for short-form vertical content, an analyst tracking results, and a coordinator keeping the pipeline moving. Additional agents are added for a specific niche when a project needs them. Each agent is trained on the client's own materials and on what actually performs in their category.

We work with three kinds of clients. Marketplace sellers use us to cut advertising cost share by building demand outside the marketplace, so buyers arrive already knowing the brand. Direct-to-consumer stores use us to grow organic reach and lower acquisition cost. SaaS and app companies use us for volume reach and traffic into the product.

Whatever the segment, the job is the same: more brand impressions, more branded searches, and more direct visits to the page that sells.

We did not learn this on client budgets. Our founder is an active marketplace seller who built the first content factory for his own home goods brand, grew revenue 1.8x, and had individual videos reach one to three million views. The system our clients get is the same one that still runs that business.
