- Como foi minha experiência nesse lugar??? A pior possível, um pesadelo. Meu esposo e eu procuramos por empresas de marketing digital e infelizmente fechamos com a Small. Já de início um passa passa de pessoa para pessoa que nos deixava totalmente perdidos, qualquer fala teria que ser por e-mail, não dos deixando a vontade nem de escrever um informal Whatsapp, tudo tinha que formalizar, isso gera muito estress pro empresário. Até ai tudo bem, vamos lá...em seu planejamento de serviço muito burocracia e prazos longos demais pra pouco serviço, fiquei com eles 3 meses e só o que me fizeram foram 4 amadores posts no Instagram. Fora a arrogância e desprezo que as atendentes nos tratavam. Depois do tempo do contrato que era min 3 meses vencerem e eu ja estava esperando ansiosa por esse tempo decidi parar de trabalhar com eles, a pior parte é que eles ainda acabaram com o nome da minha empresa construida com miito suor, protestando minha conta jurídica sem ao menos ter a menor consideração. Agência Small me senti muito lesada por vocês, nunca vivi experiência tão ruim com nenhum prestador de serviço em 15 anos de empresa.
