- Affinity have been great in achieving our goals and helping us spend less for a greater return. Their knowledge of PPC has been invaluable and we are continuing to benefit from their help, with their monthly reports showing our best results for years. We would recommend them 100%.
- We've been working with Matt at Affinity to improve our Google AdWords Campaigns. Matt has been very patient, taking time to analyse where we are, working out where we want to be and giving us great advice on what to change in our Campaigns to minimise the spend and increase the traffic, and the right traffic to our website. He's made working with Google AdWords easier for us and given direction on how to analyse the data. This is work in progress and so far, we're really happy with the results. Looking forward to the review in the coming months.
- We have worked with Affinity since 2011 and since then have had the website re-skinned twice and updated to a responsive site. From the creative stages right through to the marketing of the site we have always been really pleased with the results. The website has continued to grow year after year and we find their feedback and advice invaluable. The marketing team look after the SEO activity including Outreach and also manage our Adwords account and we consistently see the benefits with our KPI's up month after month. They have really taken the time to understand our company and market and are enthusiastic about consistently improving our online offering. Would happily recommend them.
- If you're looking to build or in our case 'reskin' a Magento website, look elsewhere. Affinity are slow, overpriced and underqualified. Charged 5 digits for a website that was supposed to be ready in January 2019 and wasn't delivered until August 2019. Website was full of issues and still is, having to change developers to get these issues sorted now. As other reviews have mentioned, they don't want to hear about the stated issues. Alongside this they'll charge for anything and everything, things that most developers would not charge for (staging sites for maintenance for example).
- Do not hire! This agency at first was surely great with big promises and commitment. Not only did they fail to deliver the promised product on time but have failed to deliver at all. They did not research the specification of what we wanted for the website and couldn't deliver the final product. Over 5k down the drain and no website. Do NOT pay the agency in advance if you hire them as when things go wrong they will hide behind emails like the other 1star review suggests. Our Lawyer has contacted the agency but they have also failed to get in contact. Big Joke. If we could rate minus stars we would.
