From the first pitch, it was clear that Adtrak did things differently. What I felt set them apart most was their superior knowledge of SEO. I also enjoyed working with a dedicated team of professionals versus just one person. Before we even started designing the website, we spent a considerable amount of time researching what key terms and phrases that prospective customers were searching for in our geographic area. This was notable to me because we have designed 5 or 6 other websites but have never done this in depth research before. The Adtrak team was patient with us and explained why their process involved so much up front research. Now that our site has launched, the results speak for themselves. In the past, our more traditionally designed website was a place where we sent prospective customers so they could learn more about our business. Now, our new Adtrak website sends us prospective customers! When we first started working together, I was worried that the time difference would be an issue since we are US based and Adtrak is out of the UK. In the end, the only difference was that all of our calls were done in the morning. Finally, I would add that their team had great attention to detail but also allowed us to review everything before it was finalized. It was truly a great experience from start to finish.
