    Acara was so incredibly professional and helpful in helping me navigate if the venture of a med spa was right for me as a physician. They know exactly what is needed to launch and be profitable but are excellent in sharing with you the pros and cons so you can make an educated decision.

    I cannot recommend Acara highly enough for anyone starting or adding on an aesthetics practice. I use the information and tools they supplied me with every day, and know that I can seek advice from an experienced team regarding almost any aspect of my stand-alone aesthetics practice. Their detailed analysis of practices revenue, overhead, and liabilities combined with profound industry knowledge and cross-practice standards/norms proved extremely accurate; it likely prevented me from making costly, irrevocable errors. They developed the start-up pro forma and much of the business plan – the metrics from which I continue to use to monitor progress. Being able to access a most trusted source regarding vendor recommendations saved me hours selecting everything from expensive aesthetic equipment to an electronic health record to skin care product lines. What has proven even more astounding is Acara Partners’ ongoing practice support services. They not only helped us negotiate with vendors, they led a comprehensive staff training that covered everything from credit card processing to phone etiquette to in-house marketing. As a result, our office has provided superlative customer service since inception – allowing us to attract and retain clients since our first day of operation.
