I worked at this agency 7.5 years and I can tell you that 9thCO is a real gem for a few main reasons: The office is free of politics and resulting team vibe is great and lets you focus on collaboration knowing your hard work comes back to you in the end (they also promote from within based on merit rather than favourites or seniority, which is great). The 3 owners are themselves experienced businessmen with varied backgrounds but they all have one thing in common: they sincerely want to set everyone up for success. The HR department is well run, making sure only the right people join the team and that everyone has a voice. There is also a bar in the office that is regularly stocked with high quality alcohol. The only downside for me from working at 9thCO is that they raised my expectations of employers in general, and now when I approach other companies I have to be extra careful not to come across as entitled. - Great Team and management, always supportive and open-minded for any innovations.
