- The group at 902 has done amazing work for me and I would definitely recommend them to others.
- Very disappointed with my experience working with 902 advertising group. This was for digital advertising services only (Google Ads), so I cannot speak to other services. Their initial advice was good but their execution of conversion tracking implementation was very poor (it took days of working directly with google's ad and tech team to fix the mess that was created). This was a big deal as they recommended optimizing for conversions and assured us that they would setup conversion tracking properly; what we found after terminating our relationship was very concerning and meant we had a long period of time where conversions weren't being tracked correctly. This is a significant issue for a campaign optimized for conversions. I realize that people make mistakes, but when concerns were brought up they were very dismissive; something I've never experienced with a third party vendor or agency before. I sincerely hope this was a one-off bad project for them, but we certainly did not get anywhere near the $1725 per month that we were charged over a 7 month period ($12,075).
