3Dstudio.co creates architectural visualization for people who need to show a building before it exists: housing developers selling off-plan, architects presenting to clients and planning boards, and interior designers testing a scheme. The studio is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and has worked since 2013 on 1,247 projects for 215 companies in 17 countries, mostly in the Nordics, the UK and continental Europe.
Typical work includes exterior and interior renders, aerial views of whole developments, 3D floor plans for sales brochures, walkthrough animations, 360 virtual tours and virtual staging of empty rooms. Clients send what they already have: CAD or Revit files, a SketchUp model, PDFs or even a photo of a hand sketch.
The process is built to avoid surprises. Within 30 minutes of receiving drawings, the client gets a fixed price and a delivery date. Camera angles, lens and lighting are agreed on a simple grey clay model first, so materials and details only go on once the composition is approved. Two rounds of revisions are included, files are delivered in high resolution with usage rights, and every project is handled under NDA.
More than half of our clients have come back for another project.
